My Pillow Lawsuit
MyPillow is one of the leading companies in the sleep accessories industry. The company was founded by Michael J. Lindell in Minnesota in 2004. The MyPillow lawsuit is about whether the marketing, packaging, and sale of MyPillow products was appropriate. MyPillow allegedly guaranteed that their pillows not only provided comfort and support but were also able to cure certain ailments. The defendant accepted to settle the BOGO class action lawsuits to avoid litigation expenses, but denies the allegations.
Eligibility For Class Members
People who purchased one or more MyPillow products directly from My Pillow, Inc. between April 2, 2012 and September 25, 2017, are class members. You are also a class member if you purchased certain MyPillow products from other sources and not directly from MyPillow between April 26, 2012, and October 13, 2016. As a class member, you are entitled to payment from the MyPillow class action settlement. People who filed a claim for the Amari vs. My Pillow, Inc. class action do not need to file a new claim, because the MyPillow BOGO settlement incorporates the claims from other MyPillow class action lawsuits. Only products labeled with the name MyPillow and are distributed or marketed by the company are included in the class action settlement.

What The Law Says About False Advertising
Advertising laws state that you have proved your case if you show that:
- The advertising was misleading or false
- That the company lied about something important
- Consumers saw the false advertising
- Consumers relied on that false advertising to purchase the service or product
Most companies choose to settle rather than go through litigation because of the costs and possibility of strict penalties if they lose the case.
